This is the most complete support I offer—ideal for families wanting deep preparation and seamless continuity of care.

What’s included:
24 hours of overnight support to be scheduled at your convenience over the first 12 weeks designed to help you rest maximally
Must have 48 hours between scheduling and cannot schedule more than 2 nights in a 7-day period
Hours between 8pm and 8am; minimum of 6 hours a night

30 hours of postpartum doula support to help you rest and recover
24 hours between scheduling required with a maximum of 6 hours per day and 3 days per week

This prep session will typically occur around 35-38 weeks to review the labor timeline, practice comfort measures, walk through partner roles, establish your labor plan, and answer any questions. This is perfect if you are not hiring a birth doula and/or need a refresher when you reach your home stretch.
*Prerequisite: attending either the small group childbirth education class or 1:1 birth preparation
$35/hr daytime or $42/hr overnight
I will provide newborn care education, light housework, feeding support, and birth story processing so that you can maximize your rest and healing. Support during the day or night based on your needs.
